ive got hair like that, you just put hair spray in to keep it up.
here ill give you a link to my air, but you can tons of style, similer to these ones.
If you have long hair, even short, just as for you shortest layer to be 4 cm's long, then that hows you get that hairstyle.

I have the same sorta style.
if you want you hair like that, you just did short layers at the top, as for your shortish layer to be like 3-4 cm long.
